WANN is a curated community for memorable nights, private gatherings and corporate events. Every membership application is reviewed personally to keep the circle intimate.

Membership approval, invitations and paid event tickets are separate steps. An application or invitation alone does not confirm a paid booking. Each event's date, location, inclusions, price and entry conditions are described in its invitation and purchase information.

Üyelik ve rezervasyonlar

WANN etkinlikleri onaylı üyeler içindir. Etkinlik bileti satın almadan önce onaylı bir üye olmanız gerekmektedir. Üyelik başvurusunda bulunmak; onaylanmayı, davet almayı veya rezervasyon garantisi sağlamaz.

Etkinliğe katılım, davetiyede belirtilen rezervasyon ve ödemeyi gerektirir. Tek başına bir davetiye, LCV veya üyelik, ödeme gereken durumlarda ücretli biletin yerini tutmaz.

Etkinlik koşulları

Satın alma işleminden önce etkinlik tarihini, saatini, mekanını, fiyatını, dahil olan hizmetleri, üyelik gerekliliklerini, yaş kısıtlamalarını ve varsa kostüm veya giriş koşullarını inceleyin. Etkinliğe özel koşullar, davetiyede ve satın alma bilgilerinde belirtilmiştir. Kişisel biletinizi veya QR geçiş kartınızı güvende tutun.

Ödeme ve bilet teslimatı

Sadece rezervasyonunuz için sunulan ödeme yöntemlerini kullanın. Biletler ve erişim bilgileri, ödeme öncesinde açıklanan teslimat yöntemi ve zamanlamasına göre elektronik ortamda sağlanır. Erişim bilgileri belirtilen süre içinde ulaşmazsa sipariş numaranızla birlikte WANN ile iletişime geçin.

İptal ve iadeler

Biletler, yasal zorunluluklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla, satın alma işleminden sonra fikir değişikliği veya katılıma engel durumlar nedeniyle iade edilemez. Bilet teslimat ve iade politikası, tarihli etkinlik rezervasyonları için geçerli koşulları açıklamaktadır. Etkinlik iptali, hizmetin sağlanamaması ve diğer zorunlu tüketici hakları yürürlükteki kanunlara tabidir.

Kurumsal ve özel etkinlikler

Kurumsal veya özel etkinlik hizmetlerinde kapsam, tarih, fiyat, ödeme planı ve iptal koşulları, özel yazılı teklif veya sözleşmede kararlaştırılanlar geçerlidir.

İletişim ve gizlilik

Rezervasyon taleplerinizi veya şikayetlerinizi aşağıda yer alan şirket iletişim bilgilerini kullanarak iletebilirsiniz. Kişisel bilgiler, Gizlilik Bildirimi'nde açıklandığı şekilde işlenir. Pazarlama izinleri, operasyonel rezervasyon mesajlarından ayrı tutulmaktadır.

Electronic ticket delivery

Event tickets and access information are supplied electronically. The delivery method and timing are stated in the event's purchase information. No physical shipment or shipping fee applies to electronic tickets. Event admission is provided on the date and at the location stated for the purchased event.

Keep your order confirmation and provide accurate contact details. If your ticket or access instructions have not arrived within the stated delivery time, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number. Do not share a personal QR pass.

Cancellation and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase for a change of mind or inability to attend, subject to mandatory legal rights. Tickets for a leisure event scheduled for a specific date or period fall within the withdrawal exception in Article 15(1)(g) of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation.

This rule does not remove rights relating to event cancellation, failure to provide the purchased service, duplicate charges, defective services or other mandatory legal remedies. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, contact us for the remedies applicable to your booking.

Refunds that are due are processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable legal time limits. Your bank's processing time may affect when the credit appears. For a request or complaint, provide your order number using the contact details below.

Scope

This policy applies to dated event tickets. It does not define the return conditions for separately sold clothing, accessories or other physical goods.

1. Parties and subject

The provider is NICE SPACE GIDA VE PAZARLAMA TİC. A.Ş., operating What a NICE Night. The buyer is the person identified in the order. This agreement concerns the event admission service described in the buyer's purchase information, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Your booking

The event name, date, time, venue, ticket category, quantity, included services, entry restrictions, total price including applicable taxes, additional charges if any, and selected payment method are those disclosed before payment and recorded in the order confirmation. Those order-specific details form part of the agreement. No event date or price is fixed by this general website text.

3. Payment and performance

The amount payable and payment options are displayed before the buyer places a paid order. A paid booking is confirmed according to the purchase conditions and payment confirmation. Tickets and access information are delivered electronically by the method and within the time disclosed before purchase. The admission service is performed at the booked event.

4. Entry conditions

The buyer must review the event's membership, age, identification, costume and other entry conditions before purchase. An invitation or membership application alone is not a paid ticket. Admission is subject to the conditions disclosed for that event and applicable law.

5. Withdrawal and remedies

Tickets for an event on a specific date or period are subject to the dated leisure-service withdrawal exception in Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Change-of-mind cancellations and non-attendance do not qualify for a refund under this ticket policy. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for cancelled or defective services, remain applicable.

6. Requests and disputes

Send booking questions and complaints to the contact details below, with your order number. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court, as applicable under Turkish law. Mandatory dispute-resolution requirements and consumer protections are preserved.

7. Contract information

The buyer's order details, pre-contract information and the terms applicable at purchase should be retained with the order confirmation. Later website updates do not retroactively change a concluded booking.

Data controller

NICE SPACE GIDA VE PAZARLAMA TİC. A.Ş. is the data controller for WANN membership and event administration under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Contact details are listed below.

Data and collection methods

We collect the information you enter in membership and booking forms, including name, email, phone number, date of birth, Instagram account, city, occupation, referral information and application responses. Order, payment-status and support records are collected through the booking process and correspondence. Website service providers process technical connection and usage information for website operation.

MK1 feedback is requested without a name or email address. Free-text feedback may identify you if you include personal details; please avoid unnecessary personal information.

Purposes and legal bases

Booking and communication data are processed where necessary to establish or perform a contract under KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Accounting and statutory records are processed to meet legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç); complaint and dispute records may be retained to establish, exercise or protect rights under Article 5(2)(e). Membership review and community administration rely on a documented legitimate-interest assessment under Article 5(2)(f), where it does not infringe fundamental rights; processing requiring explicit consent must instead rely on separately obtained consent.

Marketing permissions are separate from operational booking messages. This notice does not constitute consent to marketing or consent to the processing or transfer of personal data.

Recipients and international services

Relevant data are shared with website and form infrastructure providers, payment providers for transactions, communication providers for booking messages, authorised personnel and professional advisers where needed, and public authorities where legally required. WANN uses Shopify for website/forms and Google services for connected response records. Event admission staff receive only the information needed to administer access.

Some technology providers operate internationally. Any overseas transfer requires a valid mechanism under KVKK Article 9; necessary safeguards must be established separately. Publication of this notice does not itself authorise an overseas transfer.

Retention and cookies

Information is retained for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable statutory retention or dispute period, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required. Necessary cookies support website operation. Optional analytics or advertising cookies require the applicable cookie information and consent controls.

Your rights and requests

Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data are processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met, request notification of those actions to recipients, object to a result against you from exclusively automated processing and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Submit a request using the registered address below or the other application methods permitted by KVKK. For email applications, use an address previously provided to us and recorded in our systems, where required by the applicable rules. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. Requests are handled within the legally applicable period.

Information before payment

Before placing a paid order, review the event name, date, time, venue, ticket type and quantity, inclusions, entry conditions, total price including applicable taxes, additional fees if any, payment method, electronic delivery method and delivery timing. The purchase confirmation must identify the order-specific details; this general page does not replace them.

Delivery and complaints

Electronic tickets do not require physical shipment. The event service is provided on the booked date. Contact us if access information does not arrive within the disclosed time or if you have a payment or service complaint.

Withdrawal information

For a leisure event on a specified date or period, Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation provides an exception to the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase for change-of-mind cancellations or non-attendance. Rights relating to cancelled, unprovided or defective services and other mandatory legal remedies remain applicable.

Records and disputes

Keep the pre-contract information, terms and order confirmation applicable to your booking. Consumers may use the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in accordance with applicable Turkish law.
