Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Customer: The individual whose name and contact information appear in the relevant order.

2. Scope

This agreement governs the distance sale of the WANN event participation service described on the relevant event page and order summary. The event name, date, time, access method, included services, total price including taxes and any additional charges form an integral part of the agreement.

3. Order and payment

Before placing the order, the customer is shown the essential characteristics of the service, the total price, the available payment method and the applicable cancellation conditions. The order becomes binding when payment is completed and the order confirmation is issued.

4. Digital delivery

The ticket or participation confirmation is delivered electronically to the email address or account information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and keeping the ticket or access information secure.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Because the service relates to a leisure event scheduled for a specific date or period, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply.

This clause does not exclude mandatory rights that cannot be waived by law. If the organizer cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer accepts another lawful option. If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

6. Event rules

The customer must comply with the event-specific admission, conduct, age, safety and venue rules disclosed before purchase or on the invitation. Admission may be refused where required for safety, legal compliance or a material breach of event rules.
