Event and price information
The event name, date, time, access or venue information, services included, total price including taxes, any additional charge and the selected payment method are displayed on the relevant event page and order summary before payment.
Digital delivery
The ticket or participation confirmation is delivered electronically to the email address or account information supplied by the customer.
Cancellation and refund condition
Fixed-date leisure and entertainment services may fall within the statutory exception to the general withdrawal right for distance contracts. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If the organizer cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer accepts another lawful option.
Customer confirmation
By placing the order, the customer confirms that the event information, total price, digital delivery method, no-refund condition and applicable policies were made available before payment.
