Ticket delivery
WANN event tickets and participation confirmations are delivered digitally to the email address or account details provided during purchase. No physical ticket is shipped unless expressly stated on the event page.
No refunds after purchase
Fixed-date event and leisure services may fall within the statutory exception to the general withdrawal right applicable to distance contracts. This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Event cancellation or postponement
If WANN cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a refund to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is accepted by the ticket holder. If an event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Any additional rights required by applicable law will continue to apply.
